M&S Salmon Tray Bake

i made this the other day... it was ok maybe 5.5/10 but it was insainly easy... just cut up some veg then wack on salmon steaks and the sauce then oven for half an hourish??? cant really remember.  it was a little bland and the potatoes need to be cut up pretty small - smaller than i did - for them to cook in the assigned time but good to try anyway and healthy i'd say...  i wont be buying this again but the rest of the m and s terribly clever range looks pretty good :)

Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm

just bought this new lip balm - recommended by Lisa Eldridge - and OMG its sooooooo delicous!  it smells citrusy mixed with brown sugar (to me anyway) -  the website says grapefruit which i kinda get too.  it leaves your lips seriously moisturised and matte looking... its very thick and almost waxy???

definately recommend it... about a tenner online on 7ish euros in france.

looking back at these pics i don't exactly have the healthiest diet - understatement of the century - & i've decided to change!  when i started uni last summer i basically ate so much shit and drank the same.  i'm off to sweden in summer and then, hopefully, off to aus for a year in october...OMGSOFUCKINGEXCITED.  so i need to be bikini ready!  

ive decided to post little things on here about what i eat/ maybe a weigh in or two arghhhh scary stuff.

had to go to queen exhibition for uni today... actually quite liked it.  lucian freud image was there and it was pretty amazing to see in person.  came home and had supernoodles that make me want to vom.

i'm at uni staying in "cosy" room in a "cosy" flat in the middle of nowhere.  the wifi is killing me and the amount of homework is extortionate.

my ipod touch tragically drowned in loch ness last week and i have been living in silence ever since.  this is the new shuffle - so small and orange, i don't know why i chose orange or why i got the silly engraving in it but hey i figured it would be perfect for running/ dog walking/ preparing for london 2012 ahem!

anyway hope all is well with everyone/anyone... it's been such a tragic weekend with too many lost souls, my thoughts are with you all

Chocolate Brownies

9 tbsp cocoa powder

3 tbsp veg oil

400g caster sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

170g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

MIX cocoa with oil and sugar, then beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, salt and baking powder and add to batter. Spread mixture into a greased square tin and bake at 180 for 20-25mins depending on size of tin. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy and take pics of yourself eating looking like a lunatic

Easiest Cheesecake ever!!

white chocolate and strawberry

6oz digestive biscuits

2 1/2oz butter, melted

14oz white choc, melted

14oz strawberries, blended into a smooth paste

300g cream cheese

200ml double cream

• crush digestives and mix with butter
•   pour mixture in a cheesecake tin and smooth until flat (20cm)
•  refrigerate for 30mins
• mix strawberries with cream cheese and cream, may need to whisk to get rid of lumps
• add melted choc
• pour mixture over biscuit base
• chill overnight
• decorate with spare choc/strawberries
