Easiest Cheesecake ever!!

white chocolate and strawberry
6oz digestive biscuits
2 1/2oz butter, melted
14oz white choc, melted
14oz strawberries, blended into a smooth paste
300g cream cheese
200ml double cream
  • crush digestives and mix with butter
  •   pour mixture in a cheesecake tin and smooth until flat (20cm)
  •  refrigerate for 30mins
  • mix strawberries with cream cheese and cream, may need to whisk to get rid of lumps
  • add melted choc
  • pour mixture over biscuit base
  • chill overnight
  • decorate with spare choc/strawberries
